If I'm out and I eat and I've forgotten my toothbrush I buy a combo pack, toothbrush and paste at 7-11 for $2.

My dentists are impressed by how clean my teeth are.

Hi guys. Worked today. Went well.
Spent a lot of my day planning out my trip. I’m so excited. We’re going to go on a moose tour the first night, the mountain adventure park the next day. White water rafting and wildlife tour the next. Another mountain adventure park the next. And I don’t know what we’ll do the final day maybe just drive around the mountains. Or I’ll let my son rent a bike and ride the National Park while my daughter and I go somewhere to eat.
I have to give up weed to pay for it. It will take all my paychecks to pay for it all.
I’m still excited. It’s going to be a blast.

Went to the family doctor. He prescribed Concerta and then I did a blood test and urine sample (I hope they don't find any drugs in there lel).

He took my blood pressure and pulse. I asked him what my "blood pressure and stuff is" and he said 120 over something "Perfect blood pressure" but I was too scared to ask about my pulse.

He didn't say anything about it so it must be fine..

Asked my wife to come with me to my counseling appointment tomorrow. Need to work together with them to try and get me on track. Voices, some paranoia, depression and anxiety. Not a lovely mix to say the least.

I also feel like the next pdoc appointments are with either my old pdoc that wanted to work against me, or another that is trying to sabotage me. It's got me on edge and worried.

You are intuitive. That makes for good music.

We get the feeling that pdocs are sadistic.

But they just want to help. (Me thinks)

The worst jobs are when you have to pretend that you're doing something when you finish all of your work.

That's complete absolute hell for me.

Same. But what I'm talking about is different. When my coworker and I finish our work, we listen to music, play video games and wait for calls on the radio to fix something. We can't go home but at least we don't have to pretend we're doing something. I listen to podcasts when I'm alone after doing my job and I do it efficiently while taking my time. When everyone else in other positions at the same job finish their work, they go home.

Machines are making work faster but people are still working the same amount of hours.

A way that my step dad psychologically messed with me was by making me do meaningless tasks all day for him. He stole things from work to make extra pennies. Told me to not flush the toilets to make extra money on water. It was madness. I don't know why I obeyed some foreign "family member" intruder. I was told to not think how I want to think. Now I have a strong conviction about pretending to be busy.

A job I had in the past was the same thing and I've had enough. But my new job is more logical and not complete insanity.

I think I'm ok mentally. The world is out of touch with reality. That's what I think. Or it could be the meds talking. Idk.
Thanks for this!

That's really low man. average is 60-100 for men. Mine probably averages 80bpm. I think you should get a physical and get your heart checked out brother. I'm worried about you.

I feel you. My boss likes to take advantage of us and have us work 10 hour days. He just needs to hire more people, not run his employees into the ground. I can't miss anymore days either. Me and him got loud, it was weird because his mother was there. It was in front of everybody.

I'm dreading next week, because we're going to have to work in 90f weather. I will drive myself to the job site though, im not working 10 hour days in 90f weather. **** that.
Thanks for this!

Can you listen to headphones so your mind stays active? I never have that problem of not to find anything to do but I understand it must feel like the clock doesn't move at all.

No it was 126bpm then 102bpm so 24bpm less than 126bpm lol

But still kind of weird..

Maybe it's something but maybe I have anxiety without insight to what the anxiety is about. That's what an anxiety attack is. A panic attack means you know what is triggering it.

That's my understanding of it.

My heart beat right now is 90bpm and has been like that all day except this morning.

Yeah but not in my old jobs. I had to listen to the same 40 terrible songs playing on the radio for like 4 years. It drove me completely nuts.

And no one else was bothered by it. In fact they even sang along wtf lol

Having one drink of rum and coke while I play guitar while my mom and sister and her friend go to the lake.

I only like one or two drinks a week or so now after my spiritual enlightenment.

I think spirituality is the best for addiction. No nihilism, misanthrope or pessimist philosophy will help with it.

DT is God of philosophy he knows.

But I think it's cool that they let you have a few beers at work @ Trip
