Have a doctors appt today. No idea what time. I have to call. Hopefully it’s not 9. Tomorrow I have a mammogram. Fun stuff.

Got the application submitted for the apartment

At the grocery store now waiting for the bus. Stayed up all night again. When I get home I'm going to do laundry then head to school, it's my last class of the semester, just gotta turn in my portfolio and do a 5 minute presentation.

Tomorrow I have an eye doctor appointment

How do you even function after staying up all night??? I’m in bed by 8-9pm lol.

I miss those days able to function on no sleep lol.

I have no idea, lol. I used to sleep great and be like that too, now it's hard. I stayed up Saturday morning till Sunday night too.

I'm trying to be productive with it and not pace for hours like I usually do, so I've been getting stuff done like cleaning and whatnot

I have a hard time winding down at night so I'm going to try to meditate and do yoga more

I'm doing okay. It's like 90 today and I am sweating like hell. Had my appointment with the dietician as well. Was quite a long appointment at 1 1/2 hours. But we went over my current situation of dietary problems and planned a new approach to it. Have an appointment at the end of August to be back for accountability (at my suggestion). I am really gonna push hard at this. I want to safely lose this weight that I packed on. I can do this.

It was 93.2F yesterday and I was sick as a dog. Today it’s going to be extremely hot we are having a heatwave.

I am ridiculous. I’ve been researching hotels for vow renewal ceremonies. I’m super excited and hope I can pull it off. I am planning my dream wedding since I didn’t get it for my actual wedding. Getting married barefoot on the beach with just my family. Perfect!
I’ve also been looking at dresses. I picked one out already lol. It’s so pretty. I’d link it but I don’t know how on my phone. If anyone wants to look it’s at David’s bridal. The butterfly appliquéd tulle a line wedding dress.

Went for follow up, and go again next week. The left eye is on July 30th I think. Can't wait! The doc said my vision will get even better a ways post surgery..

They filled the Coke machine yesterday and I have my Coke again. But I want to go home.

doggy's at the vet, hope it won't be too expensive. there's a horrible rash on her tummy. is there any place on earth where a doctor will actually tell you how much things cost before they scam you into doing them???

I feel very strange from being up so long

just seeing you write you've been up all night makes me feel strung out lol. I know that feeling all too well. gives me bad memories of when I slept every 2 days

By the way, I'm doing my presentation on the relationships between having pets or animal therapy can improve mental health and coping with the struggles that come along with it

When I get home tonight I'm going to celebrate, then sleep lol

I didn’t sleep very well last night. I went to bed when I was tired (before I fell asleep on the couch) but then I felt dizzy and it took me a while to fall asleep then I kept waking up until my alarm went off.

So I’m kind of tired and drained today. Not really motivated to work.

At least everything feels real today lol.

Took some of my Klonopin so I won't be shaky during my presentation, I probably still will be but it should be a bit better. It's only 5 minutes, it'll be over before I know it!
