Everything feels kind of off today like I’m living in a dream. General weirdness abounds I don’t think the Latuda is enough...

I gotta wait out until next month for my next doctor’s appointment. Should have the psych report back by that time.

I slept from 12am until 2pm...

No idea why so long. Oh well at least I feel refreshed from it.

I have zero plans for the day. I’m missing this weeks running to make sure my shin splints heal up properly before starting up again. Kind of sucks but it’s not the end of the world.

What’s everyone else doing today?

Unfortunately APs don’t work at 100% for most people....usually it’s best to supplement with therapy for residual symptoms......

Wasn’t Puerto Rico devastated by a hurricane recently? I’m not sure that would be a top vacation destination now.....

But the bf’s phone turned off cuz he has no money to pay it til tomorrow. So i cant talk to him til he gets off work 6 hours from now. Otherwise im gonna be alone for the next 10 hours.

Good evening/afternoon everyone. How are things going today?

I'm okay. Slept till 8pm...and I have an appointment at 12.30pm tomorrow. Gonna be fun.

Tomorrow is calling for 33C/91F

I never thought I'd see temps like that here. No AC either.

Otherwise not much going on...I called VR and they reserved my tickets down to Helsinki-Vantaa Airport. All is set there.

Canceled my spotify subscription in an effort to save more money. Was costing me somewhere between 12 and 15 dollars a month anyway. Im using apple music anyway.

Emailed my job counselor last monday. Got an automated reply saying he wouldn’t be back til today.

Still havent heard from him. Its 3pm. I know they close at 5.
