Yeah I’m doing pretty well. My mood has benefited a lot from running. I am drinking a bit tonight but thus far, I’ve managed to keep it in check and not fall back into old habits.

I’ve been hearing a lot less of my voices too. So that’s a plus.

Thats great! I havent been walking as much but im benefiting mood-wise from my walking too. I feel awesome afterwards.

She doesnt visit me at my home because my parents are divorced and i live with my dad. But yea she doesnt devote much time to me regardless. I probably need to do stuff on my own anyway. She uses my sister as an example of someone that has a good support network and lots of friends and it makes me angry and jealous a bit.

I never used Google Earth in like 10 years. I was fascinated by it.

I'm going to check around where I live cuz I'm in the mountains and not quite sure about the surrounding area...

Edit: I'm gonna explore around the town more on google maps cuz there's too many tourists. Gives me a bit of anxiety

Possible trigger:

I just saw a video of a company doing chip implants in people's hands. Between the thumb and index finger. Exactly where I thought a chip was implanted in me when I was a teen. Dad talked of the end times forcing the "mark of the devil" in people like that. Very scary stuff for me. I don't know. Hard for me to differentiate what is what here.

Oh so excited. It’s going to be 56 tonight. Hopefully it cools my house down. I say this but I’ll probably be sleeping with my blanket lol.
I’m tired tonight. I need more sleep I get between 6 - 7 hours a night. I think I need at least 8 but I can’t go to bed earlier.

I survived work! Had a sushi burrito (basically a giant roll of sushi cut in half and eaten like a burrito), and poutine. And ice green tea latte. Now watching TV.
