Thanks. what my uncle said before he passed away is getting to me. my mom naturally trash talks my dad and my uncle said she shouldn't do that because there's something inside of me that makes me still want a relationship with my dad. honestly it doesn't bother me.

2.4 micrograms daily is all you need of vitamin B12. You might have a deficiency if you have digestive diseases, immunodeficiency, or a restrictive diet, such as being vegan. B12 is readily available in meat, fish, poultry, eggs, milk, yogurts, cheese, fortified cereal, some mushrooms and seaweed. Excess consumed is excreted in urine.

I couldn't remember the recommended amount so i looked it up.

Thanks! Yea i need to get tested. I know my doctor said i was deficient in 2 vitamins but i forgot which. And that was maybe 3 years ago or so.

already took my meds. Tomorrow I have a pdoc appointment. Going to see if i can get on a mood stabilizer. I feel exhausted with feelings and i don't know what else to do.

My mom said everything seems to be good timing. Like the apartment is now filling out applications and im applying to jobs.

She said this is good timing and everything is falling into place.

I don't think I'm depressed it could be negative symptoms. I wonder if the injection will help when it kicks in.

I've discovered here that I can tell exactly when my anxiety spikes because I'll say "hurry". As soon as I say that word my anxiety is recognized and dismissed, which is amazing. So my "hurry" is like your "heartbeat". Your anxiety spikes whenever you think about your heart. But you can stop it or make it less of an obsession.

Omg so tired. 6 hours of driving sight seeing hiking. Oy. I laying in bed waiting for my son to get back. He went to ride his skateboard in the lot.
Hit the pool, sauna, and hot tub. So relaxing. Wish I could have more time in there tomorrow.
My son found a trail so we’re getting up at 5 and going hiking lol. God help me. Then we have to hurry up and get to the rafting place. It’s like an hour and a half away.

True is it one huge OCD compulsion.. obsession... I check my pulse 100-200 times a day. It's like I get a hit from checking my pulse :/

But I'll try to stop..
