This nights dreams were about me and this woman flirting while people were sneaking into a building in the city to shut all the lights off from one side of the city to the other. I got on the bus and went to the other side of the city and people were dying because of the darkness. I texted my mom "I love you" but it didn't send because the cellular service was down. Then a friend asked me that he needed a place to stay and he had no money so I took him into hotel room so he could sleep. Then I was farming with poppies in the heat of summer and driving a car.. That's all I remember..

My nephew lost his football game. They were in game three of the playoffs though. 5 of the team had injuries that they were playing with anyway. One of the teammates got hurt in the first quarter and that hurt them. They were late and didn't get their full warm-up in and that didn't help. It was a crushing defeat. He cried. His team cried. We cried. It was sad. My heart broke for him. Kit.

My anxiety is higher today, I don't know why. I think I only have one Ativan hidden here. I've been holding off on taking it since the summer. If the anxiety gets really bad I'll take it.
Everything just seems doomed to me. I could take a tiz later though. It knocks me out so it's ok for anxiety. I get anxiety every night at sleep time. It's a leap of faith every night that I won't get killed in my sleep. I hope everyone is ok. |

Tomorrow I have my psychologist appointment. I read the book he recommended so we'll have plenty to talk about. I didn't sign any consent forms out, even though he tried to get me to sign them. I don't think I'll ever sign consent forms again to be honest. I'm just sick of people trying to gloss over my life and tell others my problems.
