I just baked a chocolate cake and made peanut butter frosting for it. Giving half of it to my sister tomorrow and she's going to give me some of the pumpkin pie she's making for thanksgiving

I actually feel alive and excited about tomorrow and not flat emotionally

Time to take night meds and go to sleep. Got up early today

I fell asleep for an hour and woke up thinking it was Thursday morning lol

I took my meds earlier. Like an hour ago. Almost ready for bed, actually.

I’ve eaten so much today. Trying to be okay with it. Trying to be better.

Panic attack. It got really bad and wouldn't go away for over an hour so I took the as needed klonopin.

Hey guys! Omg I’ve been cooking since 2. I’m so tired thankfully my husband took pity on me and cleaned the house.
I friggin hate thanksgiving. All the cooking and dishes...not to mention the people-ing. I don’t even like the food.
I’ve been so busy lately I can’t keep up. I keep missing everyone.

I always swore I’d never dress my dogs BUT they freaking match our family Christmas jammies!!! I can’t stand it.

Wondering what the hell has been going on with me. It's like everything I was doing so well with and not experiencing for over a year and a half all slowly came back the past few months

@Valley I wish I could dress up my cats. They would kill me though lol even though they're the friendliest most sociable cats ever that love being held and snuggled, playing (they act like dogs) they would Shred me to pieces haha

try to remember and remind yourself that these things do pass and things will feel good again. I know it's hard for me to even just remember not feeling horribly depressed if I'm in an episode. it feels as if that's the way I've always felt and will always feel. but that's just not true. as I've gotten older I've realized more and more that things can and will change... for better or for worse. I try to ride the waves because I know that the hard stuff will pass eventually my therapist reminds me to take gentle care of myself, as if I have the flu

Up early doing some early Black Friday shopping. I don’t know if anyone needs one but kohl’s has alternative down comforters for $18 after discount.
I’ve been terrible buying stuff for myself. Pans, small appliances, skin care items...merry Christmas to me.

Just went to Denny's with my sister for coffee, she gave me some pumpkin pie, deviled eggs, and crackers with cheese and salami. I'm making my Thanksgiving dinner tomorrow, I know that's weird but I don't want to think about or look at food today

I just walked to the store for something and it was like being in a post apocalyptic city since everything is closed, it's silent and everything is completely deserted because of the holiday. It was cool, like being the last person on on Earth

Learned a lot of things in therapy this past week.

My brain can't filter information right, so instead of filtering stuff out I just hear everything at once. Over stimulation, huge trigger for my psychosis.
