My mom told me to stop drinking wine because she doesn't want my brain chems going unbalanced again and get sent to the psych ward..

I actually love having mental anxiety.. Just not physical anxiety.. The atenolol took that away.. So I'm not really taking CBD anymore.. drinking more coffee..

It's 18° here (F) and I'm not sure if they'll give us another smoke break. I added another layer today and it helped a lot. Filled my tank with my very old Grape Vape and it's good! Not too much or too little.

My mother called earlier and it was nice to hear from her. She's definitely feeling her age though. But her best friend will be 100 in April, so I'm hoping my mom will make it too. She's 90.

Hey, how is everyone today?

I'm okay. Struggling. I went to see my bandmates perform at an open house event. It was tough. I am feeling like an outsider after the hospitalization earlier this month. I haven't picked up the pieces completely there. I also couldn't understand any of speeches going on and it bugged me. It's my fault I can't complete the Finnish course or do my band stuff properly. It's all my fault I am ill. Or that's sure what it feels like. At least I can get into computer stuff right now. Only saving grace for me.

Sorry for being such a downer.

It's not your fault you are doing the best you can , you're not at any fault for having an illness I know it can feel like that sometimes though, I feel that way too at times

I've been dreading this weather. They don't let us have smoke breaks when it's less than 20°.

Maybe I should watch Zootopia. I've been in the mood to see it again lately. Maybe around 10. I have to charge my headphones anyway.

I agree, it is not your fault that you have this illness. If I were around people other than the ones here though, I'd probably feel that way too, because I hate getting negative attention. Just focus on what you can do right now.

I’m so excited. I’m waiting for a ton of packages. I love mail.
Working today. Everyone else is off so it kind of sucks but there isn’t anyone else to do my work.
I am feeling kind of old. Usually I feel pretty young. But my son is driving, my daughter will be 13 Monday and then the following Monday I’ll be frickin 44 . My parents didn’t even make it 15 years longer than the age I am.
