So I decided to skip my olanzapine tonight... I’ll have my last dose tomorrow and hopefully pick my meds up the day after.

I just watched the trailer haha. Looks funny but I can see how many will be disappointed in it.

Ryan Reynolds plays Pikachu.

Can’t believe it’s only 7:37. It feels so late. Hate the sun going down so early. My whole back aches from what I did yesterday. So just hanging out on my heating pad until it’s a respectable bedtime.

I didn't fall asleep until about 4am then I trudged into work an hour late at 10pm. Work was easy though. It's torture not to get enough sleep. My anxiety and akathasia act up when I don't get sleep.

Also, the insurance company I use for my phone gave me a mailing sleeve with address and prepaid postage. So what did I do? I sent it in on October 31st on a Wednesday in the postal service's big blue mailbox. 13 days later and no sign they ever had it. If they don't get it by December 1st then I have to give them $414 to replace the broken phone. >:| I'm so pissed. I called the postal service, I found the tracking number, but the package was never even scanned, so it's just POOF! Gone! Tomorrow morning I'm going over there and have them trace the package. This is ********.

I haven’t felt great this evening. Then I realized I’ve had 6 cups of coffee, 2 large cappuccinos, 7 Oreos, and a piece of beer bread. No wonder my stomach hates me. Going to have a homemade antipasto with meat in a minute. I need real food.

Ugh. I’m sorry. I had a similar problem with my insurance company and Verizon. I’ve been in dispute over almost $700 for 2 years.

I had a couple Oreos in the morning

I was just about to post that I've had way too much caffeine today and not enough food. I've only eaten a sandwich in the past 10 hours

Yes. It’s so bad for us. All that caffeine on an empty stomach. No wonder we’re on Zantac.
I’m terrible about remembering to eat. I’m picky with my food so I struggle to find something appetizing.

I have no in person support right now and it's getting to me. I haven't seen my therapist in a month. Don't see her till next Wednesday. My doctor is out for surgery so it will be 2 more months till I see her, and it's been 1 month since our last appointment.

Normally not having people to talk about this stuff with in person doesn't bother me but right now I feel like I'm going to explode or implode or something. I want some kind of support group or something,..... anything

Morning,

I can’t remember if I told you guys but they are meant to be filming a scene of a movie near my flat today. I went and had a look but there’s no obvious activity atm. Just road closed signs.

It’s called Marionette. Think it comes out next year.

wow same exact thing happened to me with Verizon. I was to mail back a broken phone for replacement. they sent it via FedEX so I assumed it was to be mailed back via Fed ex. turns out it was suppose to be UPS. however the phone was most likely stolen at the fed ex facility. it was never even scanned or sent to ups. they tried to charge me $500 for it. my mom and I spent hours on the phone for them to finally drop the charge

they filmed a movie near me called Three Billboards outside Ebbing, Missouri (I think). anyway woody harrelson is in it
it was filmed in Sylva NC, which is near Asheville (where I live)

woody harrellson was frequently spotted downtown in Pack Square playing chess with people. apparently he is very good at chess!!!!
