Talked to my therapist today about how my brain is just hard-wired to turn delusional, and that although I may never hallucinate again if I'm lucky, I'll always struggle with my thoughts turning delusional.

Gotta accept that, I guess.

I took a 3 hour nap. Will probably be up half the night but that's okay. My sleep pattern is a little off but I'm technically getting enough sleep and feel good so I'm happy about that

I wish I could delay Thanksgiving or skip it this year, I'm feeling a lot of anxiety over it. I love Thanksgiving but I don't want to think about massive amounts of food being in the house. I wouldn't feel right skipping it though

@ofthevalley - nonstandard sides: roasted beets, carrots, and/or brussel sprouts, with or without dressing, scalloped, smashed, or hash potatoes instead of mash, "fancy"salad, such as escarole, fricase, mache, ridicchio, fresh herbs, dried fruit, good cheese, and toasted nuts, special bread and topping such as focaccia with pesto, or naan with raita, baked apples, pears, or peaches.
Thanks for this!

I need energy so I'm going to have some coffee... I know I was going to go caffeine free for a week, but forget that.

Sorry to everybody who's struggling, I hope you all feel better

Wow, those all sound like great ideas!

Brussel sprouts are my favorite, I always have them with holiday dinners

Wow...finally sitting down for the first time today. I worked 730 - 1030, dropped my kids off, worked 11 - 430, picked my daughter up, dropped her off, went in the opposite direction to get my son, make broccoli cheddar soup and bread, did laundry...now I’m on the couch for the night. I’m exhausted and my eyes hurt from my screen.

my friends long time boyfriend breaks up with her
she has a son with him and had no job
she gets a job
finding an apartment for her and her son
ends up totaled car and boyfriend of course refuses to help
has to move back to columbus an hour away and has to quit her job
ex boyfriends mom suggested to her to give her baby to her boyfriend until she gets back on her feet
this upsets her

My cat is laying on me purring, she's been trying to get my attention for an hour but I was so caught up in anxiety and stuff, she's such a sweetheart

I hope the Coke machine will get restocked tomorrow. Waiting awkwardly for my price slashed Phillips wireless headphones. My pair here (Sony) broke a bit more. I taped the ear pieces together with masking tape and when I wear them, the shape resembles Olive Oyle's hairdo. I'm hoping for good luck with the new ones. The price got slashed so low I'm expecting to see damage on them or something. I'm charging the old pair now. I can get a day's use out of an hour of charging. I hope the new ones will sound ok and be easy to charge.

I have anxiety. Maybe I should take a CBD dose.

My eyes are itching like crazy but I can't touch them or that infection will come back again. I feel horrible. Nose is hot and dry. Only 25 more minutes to charge. I'm in such a rotten situation.
