I had to close the hot tub at work before I went home and the people wouldn't get out. I have a phobia of public speaking. They started to enjoy seeing me struggle. My heart was beating fast. They proceeded to turn up the music and make fun of me.

It's ok to be joking around but there's a point to where they're just being a bunch of kunts. If a bunch of people can do that, I'm just pissed off at humans and the world in general.

But it's not their fault. They don't know my story.

I feel too wired to sleep. I stupidly ate yesterday morning's egg because I was hungry, and now I feel more nauseated. I hope they wake me up for breakfast. I want my hot cereal. I guess I'll try to sleep.

I feel hypo like a person with bipolar

I don't want to take the seroquel but eventually ill get bored and take it and melt into sleep then take stim and be forced awake again then maybe go to the gym

Morning everyone,

I was up late last night so slept in today. My friend ended up back at my flat until after midnight and then I stayed up to finish an episode of The West Wing. Probably got to sleep after 1am. I actually forgot to take my meds but thankfully I didn’t get insomnia.

Today is just a quiet day for me. I need to wash some dishes later but otherwise I’m just going to watch The West Wing. Maybe play my game. Not sure.
