I hope there's someone (a therapist etc) you can talk to at php today childofchaos. It's understandable that you're having trouble sleeping with that stress, hopefully you're able to get some rest tonight

No work. I like to savor my days when I have a psychologist appointment that day. I am at Tim Hortons. I had a delicious everything bagel toasted with onion and chive cream cheese. The coffee is still too hot to drink.
I found my blue tooth headphones, so they are charging on my laptop. My goal is to finish my Nietzsche Chapter and go back to my chapter on David Hume. You can't rush into things like these... After my second cup of coffee I'll start if I can. I feel like I need 3 beers to go into Nietzsche though because he was often on drugs when he wrote, rumors say. |

I finally went out for the morning vape. I've been sleeping through it for the longest time. I felt like a sore thumb, paranoid that someone will start saying stuff about vaping. I drank at least a liter of diet Pepsi last night. And now I'm thirsty again.

Did two things that give me severe anxiety , took a 25 minute walk around town and opened my curtains on my windows (it always makes me anxious, paranoid but it's a beautiful day )

Nice day here too. Had a good sleep. I feel good. Last time I had psychotic symptoms was when I smoked too much weed 2 months ago on the hike and was talking to the mormons.
Not sure what I'm gonna do today. I'll try to work on the routine that I'm making. Just organize my notes is a real pain cuz I don't like reading psychotic scribbles. |

Seeing my therapist tomorrow. Not much to report other than how well I'm doing which is nice. Things have gotten so much better over the past couple months with the med changes I had. Also seeing my case manager, maybe she'll have some info about any apartment availability since I'm still looking to move into a new one

I went to the Opera this weekend. Turnadot. It was good. Not my favorite opera ever but still good. Worth the $27 for the ticket.
