I’m so sad. One of my mom friends lost her son this morning

. He was born with a terminal disease and outlived the life expectancy by years. I cannot ****ing imagine. I think I would shrivel up and die of a broken heart.

It didn't feel very cold out, but we were in the sun. Everyone but me got a fire retardant apron, though. I don't know why because the wind wasn't too bad.

It felt like I woke up around 11:30, but it was only around 8:20. I'll probably take a nap.

Possible trigger:

I think my anxiety last night was heightened due to alcohol withdrawal... I was still feeling a bit off anxiety wise this morning and have ended up having some beer to curb that. It disappeared instantly. I’m going to see my GP on Monday and see about getting professional help. I think I might need medication to help. Oh well.

I used to suffer so much from hangovers when I was a binge drinker. I'd have up to two or three days of the worst anxiety I've ever had. So, I understand.. I don't think I ever used "hair of the dog" though. I felt too destroyed by the drink to have more. I hope you'll feel better asap.

I’m not prone to hangovers these days. Certainly not in the traditional sense I was used to.

It’s more the combined effect and withdrawals creeping up. It’s increased gradually over the months.

I think I’m just in a delicate place right now, having come off olanzapine and dealing with large alcohol consumption. It’s becoming too much.
