Yep. I did take my meds and everything else (EPA fish oil, vitamin D, vitamin E).

Just took a vitamin d, I’ve been skipping it because I bought the tablets instead of the capsules and it’s hard for me to swallow them...but it may be contributing to my recent motivation issues....
