I'm very disciplined with meds, supplements and drugs. I write them all down for a week then copy and paste the blank fill out form thing for the next week. I did this for 25 weeks so far.
So far it's good because it keeps track of the meds I've taken on which day, gives me ability to know which supplements are interfering and to know if I've become dependent on a drug and which days to taper - Or which days I'm allowed to take or not take. I should probably phone the pharmacy today because I'm not sure when my next Invega Sustenna injection is. It feels like my last one was a long time ago. I might have missed it. |

Yeah I was due for my injection yesterday so I'll go to the pharmacy and GET INJECTED..
I don't feel psychotic in the slightest (Probably because I've been taking 5mg of olanzepine every night to help me sleep).. =] |

I was just at the store, then, as soon as I got on my elevator back home, they text me to tell me one of my meds is ready!!! I don't want to goo back out today. I try to limit my trips for the COVID. So, will go tomorrow. Ugh!!!! Oh well, I he anothe rone to pick up tomorrow, so, I guess that will make sense or something.
