Roll Call 155

My shoulder is feeling a little better. I put some ice on it last night and some aspercream. I was looking for icy hot but we didn't have any at home. I can feel some big knots in my muscles so I know that is where the pain is coming from.

I have T tonight. I'm pretty anxious about it. She was so weird last time and really just bizarre. I'm hoping tonight goes better and that she is back to her old self.

I'm really depressed today. I hate when anyone talks to me during smoking breaks etc. I wish they wouldn't. I want to go home. I don't want to be here anymore.

It's either that or the fact I had a coffee at 9pm, maybe both.

I was kind to myself today. I took a walk during break and ate a healthy salad for lunch. I'm trying to build the good habits again.

I'm on a puma kick. This Russian couple are always posting videos of their pet puma. I love that cat, it purs and meows just like a little house cat. And marks its territory. The channel is called I_am_puma I think.

I was on the verge of having a big panic attack so I drew for awhile then listened to music and feel better

Had a good day, easy day at work. Was worried cuz I came in and was about to fall asleep doing my computer training, cuz the boss said it was gonna be 5 hours. It wasnt.

Easy day tomorrow too. Dont have to go in til much later, but have to work an extra hour.

Tomorrow we are going to see about the office in the other county. Also gonna have an office at the main building too, here. So I get 2 offices! Ha! Cant wait to decorate them! I've been looking at little desk toys on amazon that clients could mess with when they come into see me. Plus I want lots of plants lol. Succulents!

So I start physical therapy for my back next week. I gotta do it 3x a week for a month.

Now that everything is slowly coming together, like my dental and back appointments, and moving, I'm not feeling as stressed.

Everything has a date. It's all on my calendar. It's when things are up in the air, and pushed on me, is when I get frantic. My anxiety had been so bad this past 2 weeks.

slept some, hoping I don't stay up tonight.

For some reason when I saw someone I know the other day who lost a lot of weight and was talking about it it set off all those ED thoughts. I'm 6 months into recovery. I typically don't get triggered easily but I've been obsessing over it the past two days. I keep comparing myself

I'm working on just accepting myself

Anyway, had a good day. Drew and read a lot. Talked to my sister for awhile. I was planning on going to the food pantry and to do laundry tomorrow but it's going to be in the 40's and raining all day.
