Im.about to go through med and nicotine withdrawals this next week.

I like nicotine gum better than nicotine spray now and it's way cheaper.

SP is thinking (While we talk about this stuff), "I'm glad I never used nicotine.." lol..

Nicotine is brutal withdrawal from what I’ve heard so yeah I’m glad I never tried it. But it does act as a cognitive enhancer and anti anxiety , it just costs your heart and your lungs.

Withdrawal isnt that bad. I went 3 days without but got bored and needed a drug to take by mouth like how people eat when they're bored.

The tobacco companies just say that it's hard to quit when it really isnt if you think positively about quitting like an exciting thing instead of thinking negatively about it.

AD said a bit of irritation. It's like being hungry that's it. Then your cognition goes back to normal after 3-7 days.

I’m having trouble leaving the house or doing anything really....not sure what’s going on.....I kinda want to order food in which would be good because I don’t even want to interact with strangers. Can’t decide between pizza or Chinese or even if I’ll get anything. I may just walk up to the 7-11 for some frozen pizza 🍕

I think I’m feeling this way because I might not see the bf this weekend....it’s got me a little down.

Actually, @newtus , maybe I could mail you some. I have a bunch of 60ml bottles if you don't mind blah flavors. They're very dark too, so they're not great for coil longevity. But let me know.

Actually change of plan I think he’s going to try to come tomorrow....he just got bloodwork back though and his doc told him to avoid animal products....I think today I’ll plan out something I can cook or prep for tomorrow that’s mostly veg.

If not we can order Chinese or something....I don’t want to do salads because romaine is still on recall.

I feel so energized now that I have a problem to work on with the bf. I’m thinking of making a low fat version of cream of asparagus soup with sweet potato as a side along with bread. I think that would be a good meal.

I'm trying to jumpstart myself with some music. I usually always used my phone or my laptop. I brought my desktop from my dads house from my room that I rarely used. I love how I can get on it and play my pokemon game on the tv right next to me. This room is a dream come true!
