Crap I dissociated away from my sadness. That's not what I wanted. I wanted to feel more.

I had a crazy dream. My sister was doing blow, everywhere in her room. I was soooo mad at her. My mom, dad and I were living in a musicians big house. For breakfast there was left over tacos from the night before and really delicious cinnamon buns (I think and food and have sex in my dreams - Not in real life) and this parasite fluffy rodent bit the sides of my fingers 3 times and started sucking my blood. I went in to the washroom where it bit my ear to take a picture and there was a miniature baby tiger sleeping in there - It tried to get back in so I pushed it back in with a broom and the broom ate baby tiger! I was so upset.. I went to tell everyone and made a big presidential speech about it and tried to make everyone laugh and they were kind of laughing! It was the house owners pet tiger.. I thought she would get mad at me (Also for carelessly almost burning the mansion down by pitting the rug in the fireplace and shaking it all off where sparks went everywhere and I put them all out..).

In the end, these was a song playing called "Gust with the wind, dadada dodedada, dadada," has anyone ever heard that song? Does it exist? It was such an awesome song..

Got myself a box of chocolates for Valentine’s Day

Last night and this morning I’ve been feeling this feeling right in my core. Below my breast line and above my stomach. Like right in the middle of my core where my diaphragm is. It’s like a restless/anxious feeling. It’s very uncomfortable and makes me anxious.

After being so busy and active the past two weeks , today is just a nice chill day where I’m resting and relaxing then back at errands and packing/moving stuff tomorrow

My mom is making carrot muffins. Smells really nice.

Took an extra stimulant and drinking coffee.

I feel like I have low self esteem to apply for the job today. I don't want to wear special clothes for an interview. I hate that..

Hi guys Just checking in. I'm at work today. Sort of working. Sort of doing therapy homework. Lol. Feel okay today. I guess. Maybe not. I can't tell. Kind of annoyed with Pastor T. He seemed to be asking me if I really wanted to get well. Well, doh. Of course!!! He told me to stay out of the hospital. Believe me, I plan to. Hospital was already calling me for payment yesterday. My insurance covered most of it, but I have copays that I have to pay. I couldn't pay the whole thing so I paid one third and then set up payments for the balance. I still have the pay the ER and the ambulance too. That was one expensive SH episode! I can't believe the hospital was calling for payment already. I haven't even been out a week. The claim isn't even showing on my insurance website yet. Sheesh. Money sucking vampires. Lol. Totally want to sleep this afternoon, but you know....work. Kind of gets in the way. I had to go to the bank for work today which almost never happens because I can deposit checks remotely but someone paid in cash so I had to go to the bank. So at least it was a little outing. That was kind of nice. I stopped and got a Starbucks too. Hope everyone is okay today. Lots of hugs, Kit

I've been in a goodish mood the past few days because of my friend loving me up lately. I feel guilty about it too though.

Had dinner. Now just relaxing. Played my Nintendo Switch a lot today. Going to go spend this evening reading with a nice cup of coffee. I really needed this day of rest
