Actually went out today and got some stuff from the store that I've been needing all weekend.

I felt nauseous while I was driving. But my anxiety is so high. Like really high. Cuz of my mom. I'm still scared for her. I noticed I was a bit more paranoid than usual. It was coming in waves, but I got through it. On my way home I started to feel better.

I may need something else for my anxiety. The gabapentin I guess works. Idk I dont ever really take it, because sometimes it makes me feel high and I dont like that.

Darn it. I forgot something from the store. I really dont wanna go back out.

I think I need phenibut or something.. I'll try to decrease but 1.5g a day (Max prescribed dose) works really well for depression.

Everything is so gross here. I want to go home and clean and stay there. Maybe not stay there, it's a poisoned situation. But it's not really doing anything good for me. I'm not psychotic, which is good, but there are so many other drawbacks here I just want to go.

Oh wow, my back is cramping up. I hate that, and I had GERD attacks the past two days. It hurts in my jaw and teeth and inner ears. It's horrible.

Feeling anxious about Facebook. Just made some posts on there. And not feeling like responding to anyone on Facebook. I know it's probably unjustified -- the anxiety. But heck, anything can make me anxious.

Found out that my psychiatrist had a website and that he offers ketamine treatment, as well as having an in-office lab instead of sending me off to the hospital lab.

I think it depends on this : If you’re worried about other people’s thoughts of your view then it’s Te inferior. But if you’re worried about other people’s moral behavior then it’s Fe nemesis.

Got accepted into a specific publication on medium, to write about mental illness. The biggest one I believe. So my story will be shown to 38k people and that's just within the publication. And then the whole Medium website.

Things are looking up slowly with everything else. Losing weight, too. Still.

Slept well and got up early-ish, well, early-ish for me lately. Hopefully, I'll do some yoga this morning, in keeping with my "move around more" goals.

I’ve been doing yoga too. It really helps to make my body move and to make myself grounded

I did the yoga and now my body feels all awake and my mind is definitely clearer. I still feel a little groggy, but not nearly as bad.

Not taking olanzepine, quetiapine and invega at the same time ever again. My heart was beating weird.

I hate when maintenance comes ugh

Now I can dance around the house nekkie.
