I hope my RN can find me an IOP that I can attend after work, even if it means moving my work hours around. I'm feeling fragile and like I need more help but I already have two T's, a pdoc, a PCP, an RN, all you guys here on PC, I'm going to try an in real life support group hopefully on Thursday if my anxiety doesn't derail me. I just feel Unwell. Anyone relate? A friend sent me an email about an IOP or IP place, I don't know I haven't looked at it fully. But it's like an hour from me. How the heck she found it is beyond me. She's in Germany! I'm in the USA.

Hi guys, hope things are going well for you today.
I'm feeling pretty good today, particularly since I did some yoga this morning. It's chilly and rainy out today--weather I love. I'm playing the day by ear, no definite plans. Maybe will go to the grocery store. Hang in there peeps!

Care manager appointment went well. Dentist appointment went fine. Getting those 2 teeth pulled out next Tuesday. Eye doctor appointment went well too, no problems, my prescription did change a little bit so I have that in case I want to go buy new glasses

3 down. Only have 2 more appointments this week. One with my therapist then one that's not technically an appointment but something I have to go to, a tenants meeting they have monthly here in the community room. Friday my sister and brother in-law are coming over for coffee and to hang out a bit
