I'm agitated from having to deal with things in the morning.

Went grocery shopping. Have to go again Friday since I can only carry so much. Got all the ingredients for the spicy Italian sausage and meatballs w/ pasta, but I'm gonna wait till the weekend to make it. Just don't feel like making any food right now. I need to clean first over the next 2 days anyway. My apartment is kind of a mess. It hasn't been thoroughly cleaned since before I was depressed a couple months ago... so I have a lot to catch up on.

therapy went ok, im tired

My therapist is gonna talk to the PHP doctor about Clozaril, and if the doc thinks I'm a good candidate I'll see him. IDK if I'll re-enter PHP or just see him on an outpatient basis though.

Had my last appointment with my case manager last night. It went well. She did another depression screening. Average is 50. The first time I took it I got a 23 or a 21. Then the next time I took it I got an 18. Then last night I got a 31. So that is a good improvement. She wanted to see a 50 but I think it would be impossible to get a 50 score. I'm going to miss her a little but I think I'll be okay. She was just so positive and encouraging, you know? I talked to her for about 4 months.

Im mixed full of emotions. I let people walk over me and people are making me out to be a horrible person. Then again IDK why I care about peoples opinion who obviously don't know me on a personal level.
