The following quoted text made a lot of sense. I can kind of see how this would be effective. I have GAD and have noticed that moving my eyes seems to distract me when I feel intense anxiety.

When I'm deep searching the webs, sometimes I want to click on a youtube video.. But I'm listening to music..

How would I solve this problem without having to take off my bluetooth earbuds out and putting the earbuds in that are connected to my computer? (Cuz my bluetooth earbuds don't connect to my computer and I don't listen to music on my computer cuz the quality is too bad)

I've been reading articles on how bluetooth earbuds can cause brain tumours (Temporal lobe ones) and it's a real thing. It's the same as microwave radiation. Having coffee. Took my meds. As fast as my check came in, it’s gone. Just like that. But my rent is paid. And my therapist will be paid today. And fiancé needs to give me his half of the rent (since I paid his today) this Friday.
