Yes! I finally took one, and put on some deodorant and some of my Valentino perfume, I smell really good

Yes I did today. I hadn't since Friday. I washed my hair and shaved my legs and underarms. I blow dried my hair and straightened it. I put on perfume and I feel pretty good.

I was wearing the same clothes and hadn't showered since I can't remember, but I showered today. I feel pretty good, I need to do this more often.

 I'm struggling to do it daily like I used to. I need to get back in the habit. It's just hard to sometimes. I'm definitely showering tomorrow though because I'm gonna be with my family for Thanksgiving, I'll put on some makeup and perfume then too
