No, no shower today. But why do you ask? I have shizophrenia and this leads to some problems. I feel fine, I have my own apartment for example and care for myselve. I have overcome a lot of problems of shizoprenia, not this, at least yet, but this not the main problem for me.

I did, washed my hair but used wipes for my body, didn't have the energy for a full shower... I tried at least

I took a shower yesterday afternoon but not today. Maybe this afternoon or evening. I have to be up early to be at the Church tomorrow for the food distribution.

Nope, not today but I will tomorrow. Tomorrow I don't have to get up so early because I am leaving to go to my sister's. 5 hours in the car one way. UGH. But it will be worth it when I get there and see her and the kiddos.
