So far I’ve
-had a healthy breakfast -Taken my morning multivitamin -Listened to music Later I’ll -brush my teeth -shower/blow dry my hair and use heat protectant spray on it -put on perfume -use aromatherapy lotion -take my night multivitamin -Clean my kitchen (I consider this self care because I feel better mentally when things are clean)
