Got a shower.
Washed/dried/straightened my hair. Put on a clean hoodie. Ate a good breakfast. Came to work.

Eh haven't posted in this thread for a while. Listening to music. Drinking coffee this morning. Taking my meds. Doing my meditations for anxiety and regular meditation. Deep breathing. Checking in with myself during the day for anxiety symptoms.

Bought some stuff on Amazon, took a nap, drinking some coffee, walked on the treadmill, sat outside in the fresh air for a bit, read a lot, watching my favorite show on Netflix
