Right. I think dealing with anxiety and depression are one of the hardest things for me right now.

Hey everyone, hope the morning's going okay. I am in class all day today. Well, until two PM, anyway. I didn't take Xanax today and I feel substantially less tired. I also feel more "with it." That is a good thing.

I haven’t blown it off. I was put on antibiotics for it and it didn’t help. It’s my tonsils. I can breathe and eat fine, I just need to follow up with my physician.

Don’t mean to come off as rude. I just felt like I needed to say that I deal with hypochondria because it’s kinda really bad with me. This is the first time I’m acknowledging it with someone by saying that.

Hey guys.. woke up super late, around 12:30 pm. It's a little after 1 pm now. Just had my coffee. Today's going to be a reading day, that's mostly what I'm going to do. I'm reading two books, one by Stephen King and also The Wellness Workbook for Bipolar Disorder. Tomorrow I'm going to Denny's with my sister

Yay it's raining! Love rainy days, been awhile since we've had one. Perfect for reading.

Oh yeah, I forgot to mention, when my friend and I went to the rose garden at the end of May, it was just too early in the season for the roses bloom. When I was talking to my therapist yesterday she said she was there last week and everything has bloomed and looks gorgeous. So I'll have to check it out again sometime and take pics.
