I got some relaxation and some course reading (chapter and a half making notes) done these past five days, now I gotta work two days, then the weekend again.

I’m going to try to finish doing those chapter notes tomorrow after work, and then start the computer course. Work a little bit of each course at a time.

Then I have to start reviewing at some point the material for my two exams I have at the end of the month. Wish I didn’t have to do them, honestly.

Gosh, wonder why Oregon is so much more spendy. Maybe it is because I have been hospitalized so many times or something.

Everyone move to Canada! The healthcare comes out a bit of taxes, and medication is much cheaper.

I got a solid two hours of schoolwork done today, which is good, because I've been putting things off lately. I have a fair amount more to do on this paper for this class I'm taking right now. I don't know what my estimate for the remaining time is on the paper.

Anyway, I am listening to Man's Search for Meaning (book) by Viktor Frankl right now and it's pretty interesting. It talks about logotherapy, which is basically therapy in finding meaning in life. I would recommend the book.

I think you can only apply once a year in the fall unless you’ve had a life change. Yeah with how much yours would cost it made me think of cobra which is double the Obamacare rates.

If you can’t be cheered by a new kitty then you’re pretty bad off. Check in with us later and let us know how it goes....

Pretty good, yeah I'm definitely going to limit it to that. Then eventually I'll just switch to decaf.

Have to go grocery shopping in a little while

Yeah I think so too, cause I was stuck at a certain weight for quite awhile but with the metformin and diet changes things seem to be moving along nicely

my absolute neutrophil count went from 5.4 to 3.4.

I don't know if this usually fluctuates or not, or if it's a sign clozapine is messing with me.

I don’t know too much about it but my mom and sister get theirs monitored due to chemo......anyway they only seem to care if they’re in the normal range or not, not the absolute value....
