Idk my doctor recommended it to me when I brought up concerns about weight. Maybe just say your concerned about your weight and ask what your options are

Took money from my paycheque from Friday and put it on credit cards (minus my portion of house expenses). Moved money from credit cards to my line of credit so it’s less interest.
Making small steps. I don’t have a big enough line of credit to move it all from credit cards to line of credit but it’s a start. Going to focus on paying off my credit cards first. If I keep my spending to barely anything except essentials, it shouldn’t be too long before I have them paid off. If I didn’t take that second year of personal training a few years back I wouldn’t have so much on my line of credit Small steps towards reducing my debt. I’m serious about it. That $2,000 from my job will pay for almost all my next three courses so I don’t have to worry about that. Have no other spending on the horizon except phone bill and regular household expenses money. Debt is no joke. Take it seriously, ya’ll. |

Yeah, schizoaffective ruined my finances. But it's okay. I'll be alright. Maybe just go easy on yourself because it's hard enough as it is, even if money weren't a thing. __________________ "Whatever you can do, or dream you can, begin it. Boldness has genius, power, and magic in it!” |

Today is good.
Slight dissociation. But good day. Maybe tomorrow will be ok too. But you can't have 3 good days in a row that's impossible |

It was suggested to me I should crochet blankets and scarves and sell them on Etsy.
I’ll consider maybe doing it after I’ve paid off some debt. Good yarn isn’t cheap and I would have to figure out how much to charge. It’s an interesting idea. I was thinking of crocheting some and donating to local shelters. I could do both? Sell some and donate some. |

You guys are going to laugh at me but I was checking out fiber supplements because of what lithium did to my digestive system. I found one highly recommended one that said pure for men so I bought it and i come to find out that yes it does what i want but it really meant for gay couples so that they can have clean sex lololol I wondered why the label was so obscure. It's that that it remains anonymous and so that maybe other people will think its just another multivitamin. Anyways, it's supposed to work after 4 days so I'm crossing my fingers. It has a ton of fiber in it so I'm optimistic. I already take a very good multivitamin too. You should see how many meds i take with my dinner. It's literally a handful.
My boss said we have 2 weeks to paint 16 exterior houses. HAHAHAHAHAAHAHAHAAHAHAHAAHA We can get 4 done, but 16 hahahahaahahahahaa. That's ludicrous. My boss really is a fool. He needs to up the prices and get fewer jobs but he's chicken ****. He wants to please everyone and not give his employees raises. (i haven't had a pay raise in 4 years!) We worked all winter and he still almost had to go bankrupt. He doesn't know how to charge for jobs so i get to hear him complain about money when I after taxes I'm making ****. On the dating frontier, all these women message me once then dip. wtf?! No wonder they are single! |
