I had a bowl oatmeal for breakfast with almond milk and a banana and blueberries in it, also had a piece of wheat toast
For lunch I had cottage cheese, a light Caesar salad, and a berry/vanilla protein smoothie (has frozen berries, frozen spinach, vanilla protein powder, and almond milk blended together) Dinner is going to be a baked sweet potato, black beans, and a random side of plain Greek yogurt with some walnuts mixed in. I’ll probably eat some wheat thin crackers for a snack because I doubt I can go now (1:30pm) to 6pm without eating.
