Grilled cheese and pickles

I have good memories of grilled cheese. I remember when my mom first introduced me to grilled cheese with ham, and pickles. It was the most amazing thing to me ever. I was like 10 years old and had never had grilled cheese and ham before or with pickles. The combo was great. And we were eating it in a little diner. I always remember that. We had it with pink lemonade.

And when my mom was in the hospital with cancer when I was like 21, when she came home she was so skinny and had lost so much weight and I was worried, and she said she just really wanted a grilled ham and cheese so I made one for her , and she really enjoyed it, so that always sticks in my mind. It was the first thing I saw her eat and enjoy in a long time due to the lack of appetite from the leukemia.

I had Captain Crunch for breakfast.

Had a glazed donut with chocolate icing since it is Donut Thursday at work.

I had captain crunch for breakfast. yeah. breakfast of champions. lol.

Kale salad. It’s gross to be honest. I don’t like the texture of it as a salad. I don’t know if it would be different if it was cooked. I can at least blend the rest of the bag up in my protein smoothies.

I despise Kale. I know it is supposed to be good for you but I can't stand it.

I just had a roast beef sandwich and some of my Mom's homemade potato salad.

I had a small bowl of captain crunch cereal, two hard boiled eggs, and then a glazed donut with chocolate icing when I got to work since it is donut Thursday!

Eating a roast beef sandwich and a strawberry yoplait yogurt for lunch. I would have preferred to take my lunch a little later but I have a meeting scheduled at 1 PM so I need to be done with lunch by then. And have a few minutes to prepare.
