Just got back a little while ago. Also got a bag of chocolate chips to make cookies with sometime. I'll have to find a good recipe to try.

The card I got my family is really cute. I'll post a pic of it later. I'm excited to have a bunch of pens in different colors now. Will make my Legend Planner more lively/fun looking

Time for some coffee, haven't had coffee for about a week. Will see how I handle it and whether it affects my panic attacks or not. As I said, it's kind of hit or miss whether it will make me feel amazing or make me feel anxious, so I'll hope for the best! I tried not drinking it for awhile to see if my tolerance for it changes, I'd like to get a stronger euphoric response like I used to get from it. That would probably take months away from caffeine to get that again though

I love when the cleaning crew comes here on weekends, the whole building ends up smelling like lemons or oranges, it just smells really good and fresh

I want to make my apartment smell nice. I have air freshener but the smell doesn't last long. So I'm thinking of getting a scentsy (scented wax melter) again, those always made my last place smell great

Yikes, I know. My pdoc keeps wanting me to go off of olanzapine, too. So that's been worrying me a lot. I tried less olanzapine last night at his order and it didn't go too well today. So I made up for the less of it. This guy (pdoc) is completely insane. He thinks I can get by without olanzapine and I disagree. He wants me on Vraylar only plus my antidepressants. I wish I could just be on a stable combination of meds again!

It's too warm in here. I'm trying to decide if I should nap again. They actually gave me lozenges!

I'm gonna have to call the dentist super early tomorrow to see if they can fit me in during the day. I'm in so much pain

I might need antibiotics if it's an infection. Idk, the pain comes and goes

Ugh my teeth are in such bad shape from when I used to binge on sweets and purge. They'll probably fall out by time I'm 30

I'm sorry about the teeth @Blue_Bird. I hope this doesn't happen. I am not a dentist, but personally I doubt if all your teeth will fall out (especially not in the ''next 10 years'' (or whatever)

I have had a similar anxiety partly as my maternal unit (sorry about that term ) had all her top teeth out at only about (edited) (?)

I had one tooth out a few months ago, Now I'm super ''paranoid'' about my teeth Actually I was before too... I had veneers put on some of my teeth a while back... I had not over indulged in sweets, it was from orange juice. Grrrr

I find that having cheese after meals, and also rinsing my mouth out regularly with water, and also warm salted water, is very good for my teeth, also gentle brushing once or twice a day, with ''flossing'' or whatever you use I hope this helps

Warm salted water rinses helps minimize infections or even prevent them (for me)

Thank you fuzzy, I'm sorry you're dealing with anxiety regarding your teeth too. I appreciate the tips! I'll try to use them. Another problem is that when I was really sick (mentally) with negative symptoms due to Schizoaffective/bipolar, it was hard to get myself to brush my teeth. But I've made it a priority again and have been doing good with brushing and flossing everyday.

What about those scented oil warmers that you can plug into the wall?

I’m the same way with my teeth. I’m so sorry. Due to schizophrenia negative symptoms.

I hate that word.

Just thought about that because I’m personally afraid of fires starting but also, it’s automatic with it being in the wall and lasts awhile. So I don’t gotta mess with anything except changing the refill out every so often. Like every 2 weeks or so. It would depend on how much your house smells or maybe doesn’t smell that much.

I have 3 pets sooooo Roll Call 177

I'll have to give them a try, that sounds easier than dealing with the wax warmer and worrying about unplugging it when it's done

Omg my blood sugar must have gotten low again or something. It’s so scary when that happens. Gotta be more careful and be sure to eat enough. I had thought I ate enough today but apparently not. Sweating, shaking, feeling like I’m about to throw up, feeling lightheaded. I just ate a protein bar and a nutrigrain bar and it seems to be subsiding.

Yeah dinner probably wasn’t enough honestly. A tilapia fillet (110 calories) and some diced carrots (barely any calories) and I hadn’t had any snacks throughout the day.

I’m sort of like a diabetic now that I have to make sure my blood sugar doesn’t get dangerously low. Even though I’m not diabetic. It’s the metformin combined with not having eaten enough today.

It’s a good excuse to have some sugary snacks around the house.

Idk if I should stop the metformin. It helped me lose over 15 lbs but I don't like the idea that I could be out somewhere and experience low blood sugar. And I don't like the fact that I have to eat so much to maintain my blood sugar

Now I'm reading up on what to do if that happens. One of the suggestions is a tablespoon of honey, that's not too bad. I guess high fat foods, high fiber, and whole grain bread the sugar takes longer to absorb in your bloodstream
