I had too much caffeine today between the 4 cups of coffee, the can of coke and all the chocolate I ate.

Will stick with just water for awhile and see how that goes.

Oh and 2 cups of decaf on top of that. They only have like 3-5 mg caffeine in them each but still, on top of everything else.

Antipsychotics!

They make us tired... So we're tempted to tweak.... It is only natural.

Damn risperidone that I was prescribed when I was 16.. The voices were gone.. But I wasn't even bothered by them...

This is a total role reversal. She's always been the one to help me with my anxiety and panic and all my other mental health problems. She's stressed with home life and her job and she had leaves from work scheduled but they cancelled them through February due to the rise in covid cases so she gets no time off, said she feels like she's at a breaking point.

Had a really amazing conversation with her over fb messenger tonight. We'll talk more when she stops by Sunday to have coffee

I'm starting a Bible in a Year Bible study. It starts January 1st, 2021 and obviously goes on for 365 days, and there's a 20 to 25 minute podcast by the priest doing it daily with a reading of a couple verses each day, a reflection by the priest and some prayers at the end of every podcast. I'm excited about this

My doctor said that I shouldn't try to figure out why my panic attacks went away when they went away last year - So I did..

But they came back again this summer. It was completely horrible. I must have had about 20 full blown panic attacks this summer. I also seemed to be having trauma-induced psychosis (Which is why they were contemplating giving me Haldol in the hospital when I had that 5 hour panic attack).

The guy from "Vsauce" (Michael Stevens) made an episode where he went to Peru to drink Ayahuasca. What I know is that psychedelics cause "Ego dissolution/Ego death" and decrease activity in the "Default Mode Network" in the brain. It's basically the brain trying to understand its own ego and then the connections strengthen and become stronger.

Schizophrenia is chronically "reduced Default Mode Network connectivity".

"Olanzepine modulates the Default Mode Network" - That's why the olanzepine killed my dissociative/psychotic panic attacks and psychedelic flashbacks.

So far I'll figure this out..

Morning. I looked up oil paints online today. I want this so bad but it’s almost $50 here. In States it’s only $35 and there might be discounts too. Sad.

Roll Call 177

There are cheaper but good quality brands too in States or Europe but they’re not available here 😞

Roll Call 177

Put this out for Oscar, the stray tabby, when it rains and snows. Someone in the complex left him behind when they moved. Really sad. We feed him every morning. He comes to our front door.

I think 2021 will be a great year for me. Working on recovery from my eating disorder, my year long Bible study program, hopefully starting classes again with my college in the fall, continuing to work on my anxiety and panic, working on being healthier over all, practicing ukulele often and learning as much as I can. It's going to be awesome.

I think these prenatals are giving me energy. I’ve slowly stopped sleeping during the day since I’ve been taking them. I don’t feel tired at all today and this is day 3 or 4 I believe of taking them.
