I took the olanzepine. I'm not sure how I will change in the next hour.

I have to write down what I want to say to my psychiatrist. So far, I'm not having psychosis and no dissociation this year (Because of the olanzepine) which is great.

My meds are good except I'd like to have Dexedrine in the evening.

Drugs: I'm not dependent on phenibut anymore - But bought some more kratom (Which makes me more tired - But relaxed like certain strains of weed).

I want to talk about taking NAC cuz I threw it away but it might actually have been helping me - So I'm wondering if he might be able to prescribe it off label for negative symptoms and lack of motivation.

I'm having some dissociating panic, I tried to eat a banana and it smelled and tasted like chemicals and now I'm worried I've poisoned myself somehow, but I'm not sure if I'm imagining it or not

I was feeling mental pain so I took 100mg of CBD and then the Vyvanse wore off and I bought CHOCOLATE. SO MUCH of it... Cereal, dinner.. I filled my stomach.

I slept pretty well last night. Hope I sleep well tonight. Feeling chatty and a bit up still but nothing too out of control. I just hope that I don’t go crashing down to depressive episode.

Feel depressed again. I don't know what it is about these nights. Absurd.

I think I've gotta just start thinking like not every moment of life will be amazing. That's what I struggle with immensely.

I also beat myself up a lot if I cannot accomplish a ton every day.
