I am doing better today. Turns out I need the higher dose of Remeron. My pdoc said it's okay to go back to the higher dose. Anyway. That's what's on my mind this morning. Hope everyone is doing okay.

I went grocery shopping then walked on the treadmill for 30 minutes. I’ll walk on it for another 15 minutes a little later. I needed a break.

Morning everyone
I'm really sleepy this morning. Of course it's the meds but I'd rather be sleepy than delusional. I've done my morning journaling and always include a gratitude paragraph--it helps me with my depression and keep a perspective on things. It looks like it may rain most of the day but it's also cool out and I love cool rainy days so that's fine with me. (I've got a fireplace video going on the TV.) My sister and I are taking my mom to get a manicure and pedicure today. Mom has dementia and this is the only thing she really loves to do these days. The family always gets together on Wednesdays but because of the appointment we will be together longer today so that's all good. My mood is pretty good so far this morning. I think I'll be able to maintain that all day. I have so much to be grateful for and focusing on that makes it much easier to keep a perspective. i cant find my medicine anywhere and now im out and im supposed to have like 60 more pills and they are all gone and i dont know wtf happened

I was on the verge of tears!!!!
so today is day 4 of not working and being a lazy azz bum. i need to clean my house cuz it got kinda messed up when i had ppl over. i read something on the social security website about expedited reinstatement of SSDI benefits. i dont know if i should do that or try to file for unemployment. im applying to many jobs every day. theres a lot to choose from honestly. but i need to make sure i dont get too comfortable laying around at home all the time. __________________

I have the opportunity to volunteer with Compassion International next month. I'm excited. I sponsor 6 kiddos but this is something else I can do to help the organization. My Dad is going to volunteer with me because I wanted to go but I didn't want to go by myself. The town is like 2 hours away! I didn't want to drive there by myself and then be at the event 3 hours by myself so my Dad is coming. I'm excited. The bad thing is I'll have to miss Church that day.

I broke up with regular T yesterday via text since I've been seeing Dr. K now two times. I felt bad about breaking up with Regular T but I don't think you can see two at the same time. And Regular T wasn't helping me that much. I feel okay because I know it was the right thing to do. I guess I'll just miss her, that's all.

I'll walk on the treadmill for 45 minutes tomorrow. I'm just tired today, I didn't sleep last night. So 30 minutes on the treadmill today is enough for a day running on no sleep. I also walked throughout the grocery store
