I love the cross Blue_Bird. It's beautiful. I have a ring to help me with my SH recovery. Everyday that I put it on helps me remember why I am doing what I am doing for myself. I hope the cross is the same way for you.

Yes I remember when you got that, it inspired me to do something like that eventually I think having a physical reminder that's always with you is helpful

I've started my Christmas shopping. Too much to do it all at one time.

I love Celtic crosses....the design of the knots would move for me when psychotic and it would stop other hallucinations....

Have a busy week next week. Got to go grocery shopping twice, appointment with my psychiatrist, hopefully getting a ride to the hospital so I can drop off the sample to the lab so I can get my Xulane prescription, probably got to go to CVS a few times to pick up meds (I hate that all my meds come in at various different days throughout each month, and there's a lot of them, so I have to make a bunch of trips down there.

I finally heard from my friend. He said he hasn't been in touch because he's been very depressed. He also found out he is diabetic and apparently was trying to use that to kill himself (by making his sugar levels extremely too high). We're going to take a walk to the park on Sunday. I'm glad he's alright/alive, I was worried about him

I'm still having a bit of trouble with doubts. I guess they'll always kinda be with me. 100% certainty isn't possible.

My friend does still want to see Halloween Kills in the theater so we’ll be doing that when it comes out instead of streaming it on Peacock subscription service. Excited to do that! Tomorrow we’re walking around the local park and checking out the rose garden. I’ll post pics.

Yeah my current psychiatrist is saying like "you got through college fine so you don't have ADHD." That's basically his reasoning I think.

That is, even though I doubt basically everything that comes my way...
