I just want to live simply, sit on a train and watch life go by.

The warmth has gone so I can't even go outside - Skiing should be good so I'll look forward to that..

I want to be a lighthouse keeper for the rest of my life.

I got my turkey basket today. I have the turkey thawing now. Got lots of good sides and stuff. I slept through the morning and missed my appointment to get my abilify injection, so I left a message with the nurse and am waiting for a call back to reschedule it to next week.

Why won't they give you your inhaler? That's messed up

They hate having to give it to me because it's an extra step. I'm not supposed to keep the inhaler in my room but it's best if I do. Then I know I won't miss any doses.

Hi friends. We are having a Thanksgiving potluck at work today. We are having a BBQ Turkey. It smells good. I have never eaten BBQ turkey before. We all brought sides in. I brought Bavarian Cream which is a pineapple, whipped cream, gelatin concoction. It's super yummy. There's chili, tamales, deviled eggs, and I don't know what else. Should be good though.

My old account on Facebook was hacked. So I set it up to be deleted and made an entirely new profile. I had that account for over 10 years ugh

My fb was locked for some reason. I still haven't gotten it back but I never post on it anyway.

Lunch was good. I'm stuffed.

I start aftercare from IOP today. It's one night a week for about six months I guess. They kept saying up to one year but I guess if you have drug/alcohol use/misuse/dependency/abuse then you go for a year and if you are there for Mental health or ED you go for six months. Unfortunately they made me sign a contract that I wouldn't SH for the time I am in aftercare. Bleh. I hate contracts.

I just took 2.5 mg of Olanzapine. The prescription is for 5mg but the ER doctor said I could cut it in half. Hopefully it will calm me the you know what down.

I only added back the 15ish most important people to my friends list, the rest of the 120ish on my old profile friends list I'm not bothering adding back because it was a bunch of people from high school I hardly ever talked to or didn't talk to at all basically.

I woke up and slept in until 11am (I set an alarm every morning even if I'm not working) cuz I don't work today - Made a really strong coffee, took phenibut but was feeling a little anxious so I took a .25mg clonaz.

I went to a town coffee connections group with a few people - I wasn't anxious at all. I talked a lot and felt social! It was a good time. My old therapist recommended that I do this - Last time the extra coffee gave me a panic attack cuz I was talking to people and felt anxious all day.

Now I will continue with the online cryptography course..

I decorated the Christmas tree this past weekend. I didn't get anything else decorated but the tree is up sans the topper. I ordered the topper and it hasn't gotten here yet. It was fun to decorate it.

It's been about 45 minutes and I'm not calm yet. I took two xanax.

The alprazolams will do it definitely. Hopefully you will feel better! Hugs!

I have a big bag of those mini potatoes. I'm going to cut them all in half and bake them with the turkey. They come out really good that way because they taste like the turkey and are really soft and tender

So this is what I'm making for Thanksgiving, there's a lot of stuff that I'd like to make but I'm not feeling super ambitious so it's going to be pretty simple

Turkey
Potatoes cooked with the turkey
Mashed potatoes
Stuffing
Corn
Green beans
Cranberry sauce
and possibly Velveeta mac and cheese

For Thanksgiving we are having:
Turkey Breast (It's just three of us so we don't need a whole turkey)

Yams (no marshmallows)
Green Bean Casserole
Rolls
Bavarian Cream
Olives
Pumpkin Pie

Pretty simple too.

Definitely feeling chill now. The Xanax definitely kicked in. I'm like zen.

I was like super hyper ridiculously anxious so this is good.

It's just me here so there's going to be tons of leftovers. I'll be making a lot of turkey sandwiches with mayo after thanksgiving's over. Those are good
