Ah, I complained too much yesterday. How can I be of support to the people who need it today? I'm trying to be positive-r today. If anyone needs it, please take care of yourselves as best as you can!

Our water is still off...they guy is coming back around 11:30 or 12 but they have to go through the wall to fix it. Such a pain. We had to put all the clothes from the closet onto the bed so I’m downstairs and the bfs mo is being territorial....she had to come down and play her own stuff while I’m watching tv and now she’s cleaning by dusting literally onto me and vacuuming which is super loud. Not my fault I can’t be hiding out but whatever not going to let her push me around.

I cried with my mom about her neglect in the past and then went to sleep.

But yeah today we're going skiing for her birthday. Not a cloud in the sky.

I'll try to feel better. I hope I do.

So freaking ready for this ****** day to be ******* over with already. I just want to be home.

Miss Amelia was sleeping on my bed this morning! Helen didn't even know because if she would have known she would have been in the bedroom pestering her. Amelia stealthily went outside while Helen was in my parents room so Helen didn't even know Amelia was in the house at all! Helen is claiming the house as her's and doesn't like it when Amelia comes inside. Amelia likes being outside but sometimes she gets cold and comes in. It was a surprise to find Amelia curled up on my bed this morning. A pleasant surprise!

I'm not in the best mood today. I was tired when I got up. (Fibromyalgia is flared up.) And didn't feel like coming to work but didn't want to use a vacation day to stay home and do nothing so I came to work. I did some work in the morning and now I'm just messing around on the computer. I'm over today.

I *should* make a donation to charity. Because that would probably make me feel better.

I bought some coffee/coconut body scrub. I hope it helps motivate me to shower more.

You sound very depressed lately and I don't know how to help. Maybe you could stop taking all your supplemental stuff, and use only what your pdoc gives you? I know that will probably irritate you,

Can't wait to get to go home today. One more half hour. I've basically done nothing at work these past few hours. I did find a good Christian Christmas music station that I am streaming and listening to, but I mean I have done nothing work related. Sometimes I am such a bad employee.

I feel bad because I am in a crap mood today and I was kind of a smart alleck with one of my coworkers. He was like, I can't find the PO for this. So another employee went looking though files to find the full name of the company then brought up the PO. Then I looked at the receiver and was like, the PO number is right here, you could have just typed that in and found the PO. So I feel a bit like a jerk. But it's like why does everything need to be a crisis for goodness sake? Just sort it out. And stop trying to give me incomplete paperwork! I'm in a bad mood.

I feel like this whole week has been terrible....sorry you’re feeling it too. We’re about to order food to get back to feeling normal, Buffalo Wild Wings....nachos and quesadillas.

Thx for all of the support everyone <3 I went borderline here, and with my mom. Sorry about that. The clonazepam lowered my inhibitions. But at least I didn't drink dysphoric alcohol.

Yes.. The phenibut.. I can only go as low as 400mg, then I go back up to 500mg-1g. I took 1g today and feel better.

My psychiatrist said that if the bad mood persists, he could give me an antidepressant - So I'll ask him during the next appointment..

I took 500mg of psilocybe mushroom two nights ago - And it seemed to have made things bad the next day (Yesterday).

The skiing was good though. My mom is very happy for her birthday ^-; It was a bit cold but very sunny - You could see the trees covered in thick snow with the blue sky behind the mountains. I bought new ski boots and they fit perfectly.

I'm happy with how things are - Just.. freaked out by the way that the world is going.
