I've been thinking about "the chills" when listening to music - And it's the best feeling that I've ever felt in my life. But it only lasts for a few seconds.

ASMR doesn't do anything for me and I find it a little weird idk.. But it increases "oxytocin".

On another note, "MDMA significantly increased plasma oxytocin concentrations." MDMA gave me the chills for MINUTES when listening to music (From head to toe), or just thinking about inspiring things.

I'm interested in this feeling. You get the same during the good parts of watching a movie - Particularly and action movie or something upsetting idk. I think it mostly has to do with dopamine (I'm not sure).

Newtus will feel an incredible amount of oxytocin soon.

Because;

Roll Call 190

"Testosterone, estrogen, oxytocin, vasopressin, serotonin, dopamine, adrenaline, and more — all are ingredients in our brain’s chemical cocktail of love, and all of them can be tweaked in various ways."

So there were some issues with it, like I never got an mri becuase I though I was pregnant because of imaginary stuff that happened. Now of course they did bloodwork and my tsh was fine but they never checked the t3/t4 ratio so it’s possible that something could have been wrong with conversion and they wouldn’t know.

I am at work today and have zero motivation to do ANYTHING! I should have taken a mental health day only I didn't know I was not going to have any motivation until I got here! I'm planning on taking 3/4/22 off because my Dad's birthday party is on 3/5/22 so that way I can decorate but I am trying to decide if it would be beneficial to take a day off before then! After a couple of days of not having very bad SH urges, they are back. I wonder if it coincides with work at all because I do seem better on the weekends. But I just can't not work. I have bills. I need healthcare. Sometimes I wish I could just go on disability but I am too high functioning. Maybe I will win Publisher's Clearing House!

For me I do much better now that I changed career paths….is it possible you’d prefer a different field?

Well I am happier and doing better in this field (accounting and HR) than when I was working in retail. To do something else I would need to go back to school and I don't think I have that in me.

It really sucks to have no motivation - But some days are better than others. It does require a healthy mind/body, good habits etc. Maybe you have burn out. Does the Vyvanse help?

This norepinephrine reuptake inhibitor gives me great sleep + heart palps are gone. I remember all of my dreams. I hope it stays this way. My concentration is a little better too but it will take ~2 weeks to feel it's full effects because it's metabolites are more potent and have a longer half life.

Today, I have to clean the house so I'll get ready and do that cuz my moms musician friend will visit for a few nights. Then we go skiing tomorrow. It'll be so warm that it will be like Spring skiing.

Yes the Vyvanse helps but then my anxiety has been near panic mode so then I have to take Xanax which cancels out some of the properties of Vyvanse. Xanax makes me sleepy for example but stops the heart pounding and stuff like that. I've been incrdibly anxious for like one week. I need a day off I think. I feel bad because I just had a weekend off but I feel like I need more days off.

I take Wellbutrin (Bupropion) - It's an NDRI.

Cymbalta (Duloxetine) - is an SNRI.

I did get around to doing my work today. After the Xanax kicked in and then mellowed out some I was able to get some of my work done. I decided to take off Valentine's Day as a mental health/self care day. As a Valentine's Day present to myself! I only have less than an hour left today so I can do this.

Hey everyone.
Ended up quitting my job last week in an impulsive fashion.
I don't understand what happened.
Just was on a call with a lady and I couldn't explain myself and she got extremely frustrated with me.
I wish I could chalk those things up to chance, but I felt like it was my fault.
So I quit.
