I tried just being on the injection but that was no good.

Wow, an hour or two is nothing. I would have stopped drinking if I only got that.

I was outside waiting for my sister to drop something off and a lady I know that lives here in the building was talking to me. She's trying to start part-time work soon and she's on SSI too for mental health issues. Anyway, she was discussing the process with me and also I mentioned I was wanting to volunteer and she said the same program I applied to that helps with work also can help you find places to volunteer, We were talking for awhile, it was nice. We also both have case managers through the same agency as well.

I'm hoping to start with finding some place to volunteer, then eventually when I'm ready part-time work and go back to college and take maybe a class at a time. They can help with college too

Ooh I think I'm going to get the stuff to make English muffin pizzas next time I shop.

Music is making me feel so euphoric tonight, it's extra good

I can't wait till St. Patrick's Day next month. Making homemade shamrock shakes again (no baileys in it this time though because apparently alcohol and thorazine are bad together) but anyway, yeah shamrock shakes and am getting some corned beef and cabbage. I've never made it myself before. My mom used to always make it and it was always amazing. Buy I have a crockpot now so maybe I should give it a try. Idk My apartment complex does give out a corned beef and cabbage takeout container though so maybe I'll make it some other time.

I have a possible inspection next Tuesday. Don't know if my apartment will be picked till the day/time of inspection but dreading it. I'll just have to wait from 9am till 4pm that day to find out if they choose me. I don't want my cat slipping out the apartment door when they come in so I need too be here to make sure she doesn't go anywhere.

I like euphoria o.-

When I'm in that state where my mind is very clear (Emotionally) and when music sounds really good and meaningful - It's the best.

I only feel like this about 25% of the time.

Lately the night time euphoria has been coming back (Every time a few hours before I go to sleep).

Another lady I know a bit in my apartment complex gave me her phone number today. We’re going to go to the mall or something next month. She has the same diagnosis as me, schizoaffective disorder bipolar type

I'm so exhausted after taking my morning meds, that I end up falling asleep for a nap everyday. I don't know which one causes it though

If any are APs you should probably move them to night, even Abilify makes a me tired.

Okay, yeah one is an AP, abilify.. My other AP I already take at night, thorazine, so I guess I could take it at night with that.

In the mornings I take Zoloft, Trileptal, Wellbutrin, Abilify, Naltrexone, Omeprazole

Afternoons: Trileptal

Night: Trileptal and Thorazine

I'll try moving the abilify to night time starting tomorrow
