My doctor gave me the MMPI personality test and it showed that I'm paranoid. I doctor believes this test but I don't. Can you be paranoid and not know it?

yes I think so.

Personality traits are a part of us and we don't always recognize them. Why not go ahead and explore it in therapy and see what comes up?

Yes, definitely. When I was paranoid I had no idea, I was in my own horrible world.
