What are some ways to deal with anxiety, other than medication?

1. Deep breathing exercises.
2. Dialectical Behavioral Training
3. Exercise
4. Sex
5. Doing things you enjoy
6. Progressive muscle relaxation

Look up DBT online. Read anything by Jon Kabat-Zinn.

Fears? Chase 'em and face 'em! That's how I got rid of anxiety. I went toward it, embraced it, found out it didn't kill me, and it went away.

I actually sat in a mall for 2 days by myself until the anxiety went away. When I noticed I'd rather shop than sit and shake, that's what I did.

Best of luck to you!
Love,
Okie
