1. Deep breathing exercises.
2. Dialectical Behavioral Training 3. Exercise 4. Sex 5. Doing things you enjoy 6. Progressive muscle relaxation Look up DBT online. Read anything by Jon Kabat-Zinn. Fears? Chase 'em and face 'em! That's how I got rid of anxiety. I went toward it, embraced it, found out it didn't kill me, and it went away. I actually sat in a mall for 2 days by myself until the anxiety went away. When I noticed I'd rather shop than sit and shake, that's what I did. Best of luck to you! Love, Okie
