For the first time in almost 8 years I feel much better. I'm on Haldol and Risperdal as well as Paxil and Cogentin. Even my therapist has noticed how relaxed I've been since some med tweaks were done. I do have one question how do I boost my self-esteem since I work home so does the feeling of ruling my own function stay w/ me as I continue to improve?

i'm glad to hear you are doing better. i guess the only thing i can think of about boosting one's self esteem is to do small things that you like doing and make you feel good about yourself. that's what i usually do.

i also take risperdal and it does ok for me too.
