Great that you were able to see him so quickly. Yes, my symptoms were related to my PTSD. I also get really bad migranes and once I started talking about my abuse, the reduced in intensity and frequency. I still have them and it is directly related to what I'm doing in therapy plus other things that trigger them.

It is amazing what our body and brain does. I also have an anti-psychotic that I take for anxiety and when the suicidal thoughts and self-harm urges get to a certain point. I wonder if I didn't take it regularly and as a PRN if I would have similar symptoms as you.

I can't imagine how scary this must have been for you. I really am so glad that you posted something and that I saw it. Thank you for the update. I've been thinking about you. Take care.
