i have given up on on help becuse ,after many attempts. i still have problems. more caused i joined this sight, i openend up and now i cant walk or sleep without others that found out i have a problem. THANKS . i cant even go to bed, i keep geting walked in on. thanks to here, others know, so we , no i decided to do WHATEVER the voices say, , ty sight. you helped me get closer to all.

I can relate in that it totally unnerves me when others have a sense of who I am and what I'm about. It makes me feel so vulnerable that it wrecks havoc into my sensibilities.

I'm often confused as to who&what I am without using my mental illness as a descriptor. I don't know of any other way to ID myself which is difficult because of the way people react when they find out you're mentally ill. I don't tell everybody, but most figure it out&maybe without noticing that they're doing it-they take a step back from me&talk to me less often. It hurts so much-the voices are so MEAN&then REAL people are too.

ty sky,but i dont think i am not mentaly ill, i have a problem, yes. we just dont agree at most times. this is the first tomae and sight i expressed my problem.
