I avoid it like the plague.
It makes me way too nervous and freaked out. So I skip weeks at a time. It usually isn't that much of an issue with the school, because they know of my anxiety issues and how I was hospitalized, but now if I can't make it, they are considering dropping me. I only have a semester left before I graduate. It's devastating that I won't be graduating with my class. I just can't make it to school. |

keep telling yourself you want to graduate, you are as worthy as the rest to do so and you are going to cope until you do. as you put one foot infront of the other keep telling yourself that you are ok, everything is ok, once in class tell yourself everything is ok, you are safe and it is ok for you to concentrate on your work/study. it will be hard but to get through the semester will give you such a boost it will be well worth the effort. if this does not work try talking to your tutor, there may be a buddy system or the likes which may help or a system for you to go in before everyone else so you have time to adjust to your surroundings/prepare yourself before everyone else appears
