Well, I am doing ok in school. My grades vary though.
I have 6 class periods.

4 classes I have an A.
1 class I have a B.
1 class I have a D.

The class with a B is my college leveled class. The class with the D is sort of like an honors chemistry class. I don't understand that class! She wrote I need tutoring, but that is for after school, and I can't make any plans/time for that. (Once a week, on a day that I can't make plans for that well.)

She won't help in class, she tells you how to do it, or finds a YouTube Video that explains it, then she gives us worksheets, then a test. She expects us to know it.

Earlier in the year, October, I had a panic attack and lots of stress (Emetophobia) and I didn't do any work, making my grades drop. I had no motivation.

But now, it is too difficult, and don't have much motivation to do work now, until the last minute. (The day it is due, or the class period before.)

What can I do for motivation?

I wish I could help you but I don't know what would help you get motivated. My grandson is in all AP classes and is a straight A student but there are times when he gets burnt out and falters a little bit. I can't help him either because it is something only he or you can do for yourself. I guess you just have to make the choice to work on it and then just do it.

Try here:

https://www.khanacademy.org/science/chemistry

I think of chemistry as a cumulative bag of tricks. One trick requires that you know a previous trick. If you miss a trick then later tricks are incomprehensible...

I find it hard to get motivation when things seem hopeless... It could well be the case that your teacher simply isn't able to explain things... Lots of chemistry teachers... Aren't very good at explaining the tricks...

It is easier (so very much easier) to find the motivation to watch a short youtube video. You should be able to learn the tricks from here and then have much better luck with doing the problems your teacher has set.
