The program I am in requires my fellow classmates and I to take a full load of summer class. I work two jobs and coach volleyball as well. Recently, we have had to find internships for school.

All of this has just causes me so much stress, and lately I have felt very overwhelmed. I feel like I am constantly gone and busy all the time. But I don't know how I can afford to pay for college without having two jobs. I really just would like a break from all this stress. I'm good at managing my time and getting everything done that needs to be, but I rarely have time to myself. I love what I do, and I love my major, but it's all piling up so rapidly.

Wow! Just reading your routine even makes me dizzy! (haha). You definitely have a full case load with working, schools and volleyball! If you can't cut out your routine all together, reconnect with how you "recharge". It's so important to give your mind & body some TLC time, as it's working very hard to carry you in your endeavors to achieve your goals. So "Recharge" where you can often! :-)

Absolutely, when and where, try to recharge your batteries. With a fresh mind, you will be able to handle any pressure thrown your way.

I hope it all works out for you

Yeah I agree with the others - wow that's a hectic load but you know what? Your positive attitude stands you in great stead - you've got your witts about you, you are determined and you strike me as someone who will stop at nothing to achieve your goals. All very positive.

The reality is, this is going to be somewhat stressful, but "mentally" planning for it ahead, might help somewhat, because unless you can drop one activity, and it doesn't seem like you can, having action plans in place will work.

Even something as simple as a Weekly Calendar, with days of the week where you jot down your commitments - and it's vital that you leave some "me" time that you have to yourself so you're not overwhealmed with your other activities. You need this time to recharge your batteries, or so to speak.

Good luck with this - you're a fighting winner
