I was disussing in another forum about what is feminie, what is that , because sometimes i feel like alien, I was suggested to look at myself in the mirror,they also told me since the one in the mirror is the feminie,she is beautiful flower and she is desiring for love and care, desiring to embrace life, she is alive------------Then I tried to do that, i suddenly realize that i have never really recognize the person in the mirror. It is a stranger in the mirror. and she makes me so scared that i have to run away.

I know at times it may not seem like it but it is.............. if you can try when you look in the mirror to look with in you see the beauty with in a gift ((you))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))) |

I can , but only see the outside of me .
The inside of me is checked with x-rays and ultrasounds. And right now they both suck. Acceptance is very tough.

I'm ok with my reflection.. I mean... whatever.
More concerned about what I am on the inside. Why should I give a crap about how I look if I can't even talk to people without shaking like I steal cookies from their children?

i dont look at myself in mirror - i comb hair - do eyes (minimal just to look like girl lol) ut dont look at face
T said to look in eyes and say i love me - but i couldnt.  .....someday maybe...

this made sound sooo silly
but what i do sometimes is ..(bare with me now) make loads of silly faces in the mirror (rather unflattering right?) then stop, look at yourself i always think afters "hey ya know im not THAT bad " LOL hope it helped or at least made someone smile |

10 years ago I could not look at myself in the mirror (i hated the stranger in the mirror) but today I am able to see ME and to love ME just as I am... the person I have become today.

I love mirror! Maybe I learn to look at myself in the mirror when I read "how to win friends of Dale" book. I learnt one technique to love myself more and have more friends in it. This is what I do... practise smiling infront of mirror...& choose the one that it made me look great...then practise that smile more and more... While doing it, say to yourself.."I feel good about myself." Or you can add "more & more everyday." after...if it makes you feel more honest when saying

I cannot look at myself in the mirror. It pretty much makes me cry if I do.
