Lot of stress in my life right now due to my financial situation. Caught a bad cold the last couple of days which had me down physically and emotionally. I am going to make a concerted effort to take extra good care of myself. Going to drink lots of tea tonight, read an inspirational movie, and put myself in mode where I'm ready to bounce back. Problems are great opportunities for me to grow. I will not be defeated.

Nothing like some good self care to bring you out of a funk. I try to meditate and interact more with my children. This usually helps keep my mental noise at bay while I'm not feeling well. Believe it or not if you just have a mild cold (no fever) some light exercise can help too. It clears the chest, keeps your lymphatic system flowing, and gets the endorphines circulating.

Renovation hope you feel better soon.
